Return and Refund Policy

At Saukhyam Reusable Pads, we are committed to provide genuine products ensuring seamless purchase experience. In the rare instance of a product arriving damaged, defective, missing, or if the customer receives the wrong item, we encourage customers to refer to this policy for necessary actions to swiftly resolve the issue. Any cancellation, replacement, refund and return will be handled as per our Standard Returns and Refund Policy


We, at Saukhyam Reusable Pads, strive to fulfill all orders promptly, yet there may be instances where we are unable to accept and must cancel certain orders. We may, at our discretion, decline or cancel any order. The Instances that could lead to order cancellation include but are not limited to discrepancies in product/pricing information, limitations on available quantities and inaccessibility to certain locations. Should any part of your order be cancelled, we'll make sure to reach out to you. We may also contact you if any additional information is required to process your order. If any payment was debited from your account for an order cancelled by us, the entire amount will be refunded.

If you cancel your order before your product has been shipped, we will refund the entire amount. However, cancellation post- shipment, that is to say, if shipment is dispatched from our unit or the tracking number is updated, you cannot cancel your order as we use third party courier partners.


If you have received the product, it will only be eligible for replacement. Customer would be provided with a replacement only in the following cases:
  • Received defective item
  • There are visible signs of damage caused during delivery.
  • Product(s) was/were missing. (Customer must share the unpacking video with our customer support team. Contact details are given below)
  • Did not receive the same item that was ordered.
  • Please note that in all the cases mentioned above, only replacement and no refund would be provided.

    In order to get a defective item replaced, contact Customer Care via 8971042444 or write to us through Contact us within 24 hours from the date of delivery. Videos or photos of damaged/ defective product(s) should be emailed to us for proceeding with replacement. The defective product or part of the product needs to be shipped back to us and we will initiate replacement only upon receiving the product. OR The defective product or part of the product will be recalled . On receiving the product physically and verifying the defect at our end , a replacement will be shipped immediately.

    All items that are returned to us for the above reason must be unused and should be in their original condition.

    Once the product is delivered, we do not provide a replacement or return for certain products in the following cases:
    • The product is not as per expectation
    • Price was too high
    • Bought by mistake
    • Courier delivered the product later than the committed date.

    Refund and Return

    Refund of money can be availed only in the following cases.

    • When product is out of stock or unavailable post receiving the order
    • The brand has discontinued the product post receiving the order
    We strongly advise our customers to thoroughly examine the product details provided in the listings before confirming the purchase. Please be aware that if a customer orders a wrong item, we shall not authorize any returns or issue refunds. It is essential to verify that the selected item aligns with your requirements before completing the purchase process to avoid any inconveniences.

    We do not accept any product returns except for replacement purposes as mentioned earlier.
