Our Team

Anju Bist

Managing Director

Anju Bist, our Managing Director and a devoted follower of Mata Amritananda Mayi, affectionately known as Amma. Anju has played a pivotal role in realizing Amma’s vision through her active involvement in 'Amrita SeRVe,' an initiative dedicated to uplifting remote and underserved villages across 20 states. Under Amma's compassionate guidance, Anju Bist and the Amrita SeRVe team embarked on an impactful journey, conducting extensive research to identify suitable products for menstrual hygiene. Motivated by a desire to address health and education challenges in rural India, the team successfully launched Saukhyam Pads in 2017.

In the year 2022, Anju Bist received recognition as one of the 75 women acknowledged as 'Women Transforming India' by Niti Aayog, the premier public policy thinktank of the Government of India. Anju's unwavering commitment to social empowerment continues to shape our mission and values at Saukhyam Reusable Pads.
